oh before I forget JG g36c silencer is 14 mm CCW. You don't have to specifically find a "g36c" silencer, but rather a 14mm CCW threading silencer.

I think the hardest part is finding one that is just the right size.

Flashlight I don't know but as long as you have a side rail you can buy a light mount from ehobbyasia or dealextreme for cheap.
