Considering the country of origin, my guess is the quality control will be hit or miss. You might get one that outlasts a TM, you might get one that dies after less than 500rnds.
Personally, spend the little extra and build a mechbox from deep fire, modify, or other parts. Far cheaper than SystemA, Prometheus, Guarder, etc. but better in the end.
