I wouldn't recommend it. From my latest li-po vs. NiMH tests, this won't work better than a big sub-C 7 cell 3700MaH battery. For a LiPo, the cost is good - but is it a good long-lasting battery??? I don't know the manufacturer. I hate the quality of chinese batteries - I've had nothing but bad luck at work and at home.

You'd also need to buy LiPo charging and balancing (ie. Blinky) equipment. Normal chargers will not work!

(Not slamming LiPo's, I own 10 and use them all the time up to 270Watts in R/C.)
