i had that problem too fixing it was as simple as popping off that plastic cap on the selector lever and tightening the screw under it.
mine came in the plastic walmarty lookin package too. no probs with the gun though cept for the eventually decreasing fps which i fixed with a g&p piston head
cm something is blatantly and permanently stamped on its gearbox so that should remove all questions about it being a rebranded cyma. though im hearing more and better things about the kraken than a cyma
i just hope that the g&p metal receiver i bought for it fits
