The SD Chamber and Slide needs a run-in period, and some liberal use of file to make work smoothly. You basically need to break the edge off the chamber lugs (add some small chamfer wouldn't hurt either) around both the chamber portion and the slide portion+ few hundred hand cycles it should work properly....

I'd like to suggest you change the hammer+sear combo....though this upgrade will need some tweaking on your end, It improves the trigger feel a ton I find once you get it working properly...and not to mention a hell of a lot more durable....

Perhaps consider getting the AS hammer mechanism kit from Redwolf which includes the hammer, sear, hammer rod, and I think a striker as well....
