Piston and piston head are good quality polycarb material.
Good quality cylinder.
You already know the situation with the gears and antireversal latch.
I cant say anything about the spring, but the rotary spring guide is good quality. Steel, with a good bearing. I use one myself.
If the rest of the parts are on par with what modify puts out then yeah its a good kit.
