Hey, all. Sorry for this jack-ass question, but I'm lost.

I got a Prometheus POM Piston Head, and I'm now sure how it's supposed to be fitted to the Piston. I mean, I know how to attach it, but I'm not certain where all of the disks and bearings go...inside of the Piston, or outside, right against the Piston Head, etc.

Can anyone help explain to me how to set it up? I've never done this, and I couldn't find a reference. Many thanks and great appreciation to any who can offer me help.
