As for using bb guns with just masks. Way uncool! I've been shot with a daisy before and still have the scar on my chest to prove it. After 5 minutes digging out the pellet with tweezers and stopping the bleeding, I got a rapid trip to the hospital to be treated for lead poisoning since it hit about 1in. from my heart. Unluckly it was a pointed pellet. Flat ones go through shirts and give lead poisoning as well (seen it happen).

Theres a reason the russians actually were full tack gear when playing "hardball" (aka airsoft with pellet guns).
