No you should be able to, as the ICS gears are a tab smaller than the TM ones. I suggest using vice grips to put your bushings in. It will shave a bit of the metal off of the gearbox and if done in a hurry it can screw up your gears.

The ICS bushings are both smaller in diameter, and the inside of the bushings are slightly smaller. Does that make sense?
