They are both good.
I find ESS Land Ops more comfortable to wear because of the foam (it's unfortunately kinda cheap and easy to rip off). IMHO, Bollé t800's rubber face seal isn't very comfortable.
Bollé are more practical since the lens is closer to your face, which makes it easier to use scopes. ESS are kinda big, but they fit over most glasses.
ESS Land Ops also come with both a clear and a smoke grey lens, while Bollé t800 only come with a clear lens.
They both become foggy even if they claim to have an anti-fog treatment on their lens.
