Hey I've got basically the same silencer, with very similar inscriptions, except they are painted on white instead of being engraved into the metal. I can send you pics if you want. The inscription says,
OPS Inc. USSOCOM Model M4 MBS
Caliber : 5.56m/.223 caliber
Sound Attenuation : 35 dB
