Always a good idea to check shimming, you should bridge the fuse with something a bit better than tinfoil, like say a metal rod, or a fuse lol
It could be the motor, if you have a spare motor try it.
With M120 spring it's always a good idea to have torque up gears, not only is it easier on the motor but it reduces the amount of power required to function.
