Well not quite, my ~20fps increase came from wrapping the hop up rubber in my M24 with teflon tape (mid 490fps to mid 520s after............ ok, a bit over 20fps increase), but I did notice a good increase in pressure on the bench with the CA M249 SAW with ported pistonhead by wrapping the nozzle of the cylinder head with the tape and manually pushing the piston forward with my finger on the nozzle, even when sitting forward by the tappet plate in position to fire). I just have more work to do on the SAW until I'm at the point of actually chronying.
