A&K is good. Aside from my trigger switch arcing -nothing serious for quality issues. The front bi-pod mount on mine wore it's stabilizer nubs down-fixed that w/ some left-over abs I had laying around. As far as batt. issue goes- I don't use nicd or nimh unless I have to( not enough li-polies around)-I get a much higher rate of fire in a smaller package.I couldn't tell you about the other brands saw's, as I never used any of them.
