The website clearly says "Usually ships in: pre-order" when you click on "add to cart" the first time.
From the FAQS:
Q: Can I buy DISKREET products now?
A: NO. Due to the cost involved in developping and manufacturing a completly new camouflage pattern, we must have a minimum of buyers before starting the production. That's why, many(if not all private military designers) depend on pre-sales.
