Airsoft wood stocks for AKs are hollow inside to hold large batteries. But you CAN use a stick battery and a full stock that's solid inside.
I doubt you'd be able to find a separate airsoft AK buttstock, I think the wood ones come as a set, always. The M70 buttstock I believe is the 47 type (not the AKM and so on type with the different angle), but slightly larger, or at least looks that way to me.
I don't think any company makes the Yugo front grip for airsoft. I suggest modifying real steel parts. Buttstock too.
