okay guys, heres the deal, i was playing halo 3 with my nephew, and got tired of kicking his head in, so i switched to gears of war, and from the very beginning i fell in love with the armor and weapons, so much so that i think it would make, if nothing else, a really cool set of airsoft gear, but it'd be mostly for urban fighting, or i could give it a paintjob and make it for woodlands, anyways heres the question. actually your idea might not be that far out of reach. take a look at some downhill mountain biking armour like "daineses" or "rockgarden" look at riders like "joshua bender" he's kinda armoured up like the gears of war dude anyway! some creative painting and trademarks patches could be removed from an added effect.
