Actually, some feedback on the Blueforce.
Blueforce uses a thicker poly-cotton webbing as opposed to plain old 17337 webbing. As a result, it's bulkier and it doesn't flex as well, particularly when you're wearing it over a first line, second line, and third line setup. Now, that weakness is also it's stength. It's STRONG.
The fastex buckles are bulky and, from my usage anyway, make a big bump in the line right about chest level.
Now, i got the contractor pack and the sling in question is the one that converts from a one-point to a two or three point. So perhaps that's why it does what it does; anything made for multiple purposes won't necessarily do any one of those things particularly well.
Honestly, the only reason I haven't made my own is a lack of CB webbing in 1.5"; Otherwise I'd throw a KISS-model on the market. I'm kicking myself for selling the Phantom 1-point I had. Drop dead stupid simple, cheap, and works great.
Now the TAG one-point is magical.
