The AK-47 barrel you have is fairly suitable. You will need an AK-74/AKM styled body, not as easy to find, as most are milled AK-47 style.
The AKM muzzle brake I found right here for a good price. You can get one off WGC shop I believe.
You also need a Yugo plastic pistol grip. I doubt a real one will fit since most AEG AK grips are larger to house the motor and cage.
Why would you need new iron sights? You need the gas port... thingy.
