Huang's are Bushmaster -type free float handguards. The JP Rifles handguards are different in how they attach to the receiver (reminds me the Troy method, but this uses its own adapter).
And where did you get Madbull isn't known for its quality? I have several Madbull parts, they're amazing quality, fully licensed with unique serial numbers. Certainly better quality than most ACM parts.
