I don't know how it is for toy marui guns, but WA doesn't lose
any bbs, when switching from 5.1-4.3 , and vice versa. You can't swap out base plates, though.
That chrome thing is a "speed skirt". Acts kinda like a funnel. Believe me, when the adrenaline starts kickin' your going to REALLY appreciate this little piece of kit.
