AEG: Stock, brand new CA G36k

I noticed BBs rolling out of the barrel after nearly each automatic burst. So I I gradually adjusted the hop-up higher and higher, but the BBs still rolled out.

I took the gun apart and removed the mechbox so I could have a good look into the barrel. Unless my eyes are playing trick on me, I see no difference between no hop-up and hop-up cranked all the way up. While it's quite visible on my TM M4.

It's like if there was no hop-up rubber. Maybe it's stuck? Or is the G36 hop-up chamber built differently?

Before I start fiddling with the hop-up chamber, does anyone know where I could get a replacement one?
