If the scope was designed for a real gun, it will be always very difficult to adjust for airsoft; the ranges are not the same, the BB does not fly like a real bullet, and you get severe parallax errors.
The most useful scopes for airsoft are 'red-dot' sights since they have no magnification.
Depending on the quality and brand of the scope, repairing it may not be worth the costs. Buying another one may be the best course of action.
