Those bipods can be easily found at a hunting store - I got mine at Le Baron's for... I believe it was $130 and change... plus tax.
As for noise... no noise. These are extremely solid.
It would cost more to get an airsoft bipod that performs like crap. Get a Harris.
The only time they emit a loud noise is when you're either:
a) Deploying or tucking back the legs
or
b) Retracting the spring-loaded telescopic legs
Of course, you can keep it quiet by controlling the movement.
