The CA G36 series guns are made of 'glass fiber" it's not as strong as a real G36, but it's a damn sturdy material. I can hold my CA G36K from any point with one hand and it doesn't bend or flex. I've held it with one hand holding the flash suppressor/outer barrel and even that doesn't flex. I'm pretty sure that if you were running full out and tripped onto it you may crack something though. The weakest part is the mag/mag well area I believe.
