I tried it out again with an brand new piston and basically, the last tooth (The one that's really thick) just broke right off. So now, it seems like the last teeth are grinding. Does that mean that the piston isn't returning quick enough relative to how fast the gears are turning?

I'll try an 8.4V tomorrow.
