I do believe that the first run of PCs from Eagle that came with cummerbunds had them all the same size regardless of what size PC you ordered. I do believe the L/XL versions now have longer cummerbunds as well. Not sure if the Phantom ones are the same, I'd imagine they are though.
In either case, the Eagle PC w/ CB I've got is a great piece of kit and I love it. Definitely HSLD....
