I own a Eagle CIRAS (small) it fits Medium SAPI plates but the vest inner/outter cummerbund can accommodate folks much larger say 6'+ 200lbs. Owned the Eagle PC-CB in small found it too small at times with plates & soft armor.

CIRAS cummerbund is held together with the QR cable and PC-CB is held together with paracord in a shoelace crisscross pattern and held in place with a cordlock.
