The G&P is more realistic than the King Arms one. The King Arms one is finished a little bit better.

But none of them come with the OPS SPR suppressor. If you want that, you'd have to get the VFC/GB-Tech kit.

And yes, these are complete kits. You should be able to just fit them on to any body. Oh, one thing you might want to have to make installation easier is a delta ring tool such as the one made by G&P, or if you can afford it, the Guarder Armourer's Wrench. Or if you're lucky, you can find a real armorer's wrench used for cheap.
