How much of a rush are you for this ?
Can't help with the Ballcap but the uniform can be custom made.
Your cost, Materials (Cadpat at last check was $25 a yard) and a zipper and several peices of 1", 2" and 4" OD velcro.
As i said a GTA retailer is going to be having a prototype made fairly soon.
