Depended on the operation:
CF Peace Keepers initially used the issued OD hip type;
However, in Yugo the majority went to the black shoulder rig (less to get snagged climbing in & out of the tracks)
There is an issued CF holster in black, seen some MP's with them, but some of the Afghan guys I've spoken to have been forced to buy their own.
