No prob man. Listen, quite a few others have had whiney gears after installing helical gear sets into their guns. As far as I know it's part of the charm of them. At one point I heard they are shim sensitive, but I can't back that up. I think it's just the way the gear mesh, instead of having each tooth edge mesh along the width at the same time with each bevel, they gradually mesh into each other in a slicing action. Picture chopping a carrot with a cleaver, vs. slicing (drawing saw action in one direction) with a nice sharp knife. One way will be louder than the other, but you get my analogy anyways. Have heard that one shoudl use helical gears to reduce mechbox sound, but largely I've heard more complaints about increased noise than I've heard they do anything useful enough to cover the cost.
