I run in full gear, 5k every night,
um wait I do not even dream that when I am sleeping.
no I do run a couple times a week, but not to give me an edge up, just cause I like running.
I would not worry about it, if you are running two times a day, you got a lot of guys beat. just don't get lazy, since we all said you don't have to run to play airsoft. haha
