Yay, I have an "Anti-Fix" thread attached to my name! Has to be a first for anyone in ASC history!
I'll keep an eye on your fix, might shed some light on fixing my M11. I don't doubt you at all, just looking for more info as well (as there literally is little out there to adress the issue). I did find that spreading the metal liner inside the upper reciver helped a bit, but not 100%.
