i got mine for 45$; a 200$ tap is made for tapping stuff like stainless steel or last forever when tapping aluminum or low carbon steel. I got a tap more suited to cutting low carbon steels and aluminum, the metals used in airsoft guns are inferior to our scrap steel, so it wont wear down a tap if your modifying a barrel attachment, and it doesnt need to last you 50yrs since you'll only ever use it 3 or 4 times.
in this case cost is more of an issue than quality
