It looks like this one will open up the restricted bolts.
The current Tanaka M700s in production have the restriction inside the nozzle. If you replace the nozzle with this one, it looks like it should work... sweet.
As to whether it can also act as an upgrade to the pre-ban version... someone's just gonna have to buy one and find out.
