NO you can't.

And you can't have any licence to sell or produce replica... They are not in the same categories as real firearms.

Replicas are prohibited device and such illegal.

Do what you want, just to let you know; I had an Airsoft business and got seized, charged and judged. And everything was legit in sense of the law.

Just to let you know, in the Quebec province they don't tolerate Airsoft or replica business...
