a guy on my team ordered 2 Pro-win mech boxes from E-vike and paid via Visa 3 weeks ago. They say they never recieved payment but his visa statement clearly states they took the money. They won't ship the mech boxes until they reciev payment. They are no help and their customer service resembles what came out of my ass this morning.
