It'll be even quieter when you have a BB travelling down that barrel! Lol, the supressed video sounds louder than when a BB is shot. Depends on the way you set your gun up though, mine is very quiet without a supressor, largely depends on the way you set the striker spring tension (more gas, more noise/higher fps).
Pretty creative overall though.
BTW, why not remove that front sight base? I think I used a pair of #4-40 or #6-32set screws to hold the inner cap in place on mine, gives it a sleeker look to with and gets rid of that "Crosman quality". Don't remember, been over a year since I did mine.
