There are Systema mechboxes that come with the FET switching built into the package. Just get one of those.

BTW, the FET switching does NOTHING for your motor, good or bad. It just removes potential arcing and damage from occuring to the standard switch contact assembly.

AEG's are desinged and function best as full auto first. Semi is a design integration into a basically full auto set up.
