I was taking a look at some of these and most of them recommend that you use an M120 spring for them to work properly. Does anyone know what happens if you don't use an M120 spring with a bore up cylinder kit, but a weaker spring?

I was just thinking that you could use a bore up cylinder kit to increase your velocity without having to resort to using a stronger spring (lets say if you wanted to cause less wear and tear on your gearbox) and I was wondering if there's any truth to that.
