Hard to say, because I've only gone through parts testing with my AICS and each time a test a mag of BBs, I refill it. But I would guess roughly the same answer as RUBBERDUCKEY: 4 mags worth.
I noticed only a very small difference in velocity when pushing in the magazine on each shot. In fact, it's barely noticeable.
After I installed the KM magazine parts kit, the difference became zero.
