Unfortunately, accessing the Sig552 gearbox isn't a simple task, especially for a noob. It's one of the harder gearboxes to access, although not the hardest.
Depending on the length of the inner barrel you get, you may or may not have to make any modifications to your gearbox. If you go with an inner barrel that is M4 length (407mm) OR SHORTER, then you don't have to swap your to an unported one. If you go any longer than 407mm, then you'll have to make the upgrade.
