There's an easy way to tell if yours is post-ban.
Just look in to the air nozzle: if it looks like there is some kind of restriction inside there that reduces the bore to about 1/3rd of the size of the exit, then you have a restricted air nozzle.
However this can be remedied. If you have access to a drill press, you can bore out the nozzle. Or if you can source one out, you can get the air nozzle made by "Best Gun". I've only seen this item sold by Evike.com, but they never have inventory.
