If you find a way to _eliminate_ gear noise, I for one would like to know. After my research into it, it seems its part of AEG life though there are ways to reduce it as mentioned.
Being that the whine is always there in some capacity, making the gun a bit louder shrouds it somewhat hence my suggestion. The Systema Magnum motor really made the major difference though, highly recommended.
