I only have experience with whatever motor's in the CA33E, and it's quieter than a similarly adjusted EG700 in my G&P M4. Besides, you should be paying $40 for an EG1000, not $60 for an EG700. Are you positive it's the motor making the whine? If you really want to buy a new one, get a SystemA Magnum or an Eagle Force on a WGC order:
