I bought the foregrip launcher you have linked because I use the vert grip on my AEG's, so it just made sense since it's a dual purpose item.

It's very versatile, the launcher can attach to any standard rail, so I even put it on my WA Infinty for fun and extra shock value. Not to mention it's light weight, easy attach and detach and easy to change shells

It's a big shotgun blast really, so accuracy isn't going to be great no matter what launcher you use. I hope this helps with your decision.
