Unfortunately you're not going to find anything in your price range that is even close to what you're looking for.
And you've already found out what happens when you buy a cheap gun, they don't work, or screw up almost instantly.
Your best chance is to get age verified (you do realize you must be over 18 to own a airsoft gun) and then you will have access to the classifieds, It's still going to cost you more than $ 250. even used.
