sorry to hear it has taken this much time, I can also see how it can be extreamly frusterating. However rageing at a system isn't going to help. The system is what it is it has its flaws and you seem to be stuck in one of them. the people you are raging against are the only people who can help you in this regard. all there realy is for you to do is try again.
