you should read some reviews on the G3SG1. Made Man did ok with his, but I heave heard many horror stories about the G3.
Personally, I dont like the guns. Has a very plasticy feel IMHO. Personally, I would only get one if it came with or I was going to get the thing full metal very soon. but thats just me. Stock will take a large battery. I have used them with 9.6v 3300mah battery. More then enough to last several game days.
